plans for the new year

My big plan for the new year is learning to meditate.
Recently I have read many articles extolling the virtues of meditation.First meditation helps heal the immune system which is very important for overall health. Secondly meditation creates feelings of happiness peace and serenity all fundamental for a good life. I have started this process by getting tapes and books from the library on meditation and going online to find meditation classes in the valley.This year with my focus on the body mind connection I am looking forward to a more spiritually fulfilling lifestyle and radiant health.
